Working days are accompanied by stress. There are many reasons that lead to headaches and migraine. Homemade Ginger Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger
  • 2 cups filtered water
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup
  • 0,5 lemon juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • Camomile flowers
  • Fresh mint leaves

Add ginger with cinnamon, camomile and mint into cup. Pour the water over the mix.

Leave it for 10 minutes.

Let your tea cool down. Then add fresh lemon juice and honey or maple syrup.
