The order came as expected. It did take quite awhile but arrived before the last estimated due date. However, the seller advised that there was a free sample enclosed which was not included. Too bad, I always look forward to something "free". I will order from this provider again.

When I ordered this tincture I thought it was papaver somniferum, a sleep aid. I now understand that California poppy is a different genus. The tincture seems ok, nothing dramatic, but I guess it helps one sleep if you take the 30 drps as the instructions recommend.
Not sure yet. I take it, I have avoided one cold. Time will tell
