Fo-Ti has worked for re-growing my hair and eyelashes. I really like the alcohol-free product. It works just as well as the version that contains alcohol, and tastes a lot better.

I use Rehhmannia to help keep my autoimmune antibodies low. I have purchased other brands of this product and this particular brand is the easiest one for me to swallow. Most, have an awful taste. I have purchased this one before and will keep this brand as my "go to" product.

All I can say is that the first night I took 30 drops in 4 oz water. The next day, I was eliminating waste all day. I would only suggest a person start off with doing the drops once a day and maybe progress to more drops after time.
