I can't really say if this worked or not. My symptoms improved but it may also have been a change in diet. I would use it again if symptoms returned. At least there were no adverse affects.

Processing to shipping time took about three days. Time in transit was good. Not sure how long it takes to see any improvement (taking for only two days now) so just can't verify how well product works. If it works I would rate a 5, if not then I would rate a 2.
