When I ordered this tincture I thought it was papaver somniferum, a sleep aid. I now understand that California poppy is a different genus. The tincture seems ok, nothing dramatic, but I guess it helps one sleep if you take the 30 drps as the instructions recommend.
It arrived 4 days early and everything was very well packaged to prevent leakage or breakage. Their customer service is always nice and prompt, the nice young man was very patient and explained in detail of all the my questions. I grew up in a eastern philosophy family so we do believe in the healing powers of herbs and most of all Mother Earth, thank you for the products.
