I'm impressed with the careful packaging of the bottles. No way they would get broken. My only complaint is so far I have not been able to open one of the bottles. The rim goes around but the rubber top does not cooperate. Any suggestions??

I have nasal polyps and since taking this incredible goldenseal product, they're obviously not gone, but I know the goldenseal's interfering with them.
