The bottles were shipped as promised. I can NOT attest to how well they work at this time, as I have not been using it long enough yet, to see any real difference.

This stuff SAVED ME!!! I have/had a serious itching problem and this is the ONLY thing that will help me. Let me suggest that if you do purchase this, you buy the 4 pack of 4 oz. bottles. More money, but WORTH IT! The bottles work better and don't stick like the smaller ones do and they last a very long time. Worth every penny. I can't imagine anyone being disappointed with this!
