Disappointed that with an expensive product like this, they would send it in a plain manila envelope that arrived opened with a rubber band around it! Shame on you for not even investing in a bubble envelope to protect the item. I was fortunate that I received the item but very irresponsible if you ask me.

This is a great product. We use it in conjunction with gelatinized red maca to help my wife's perimenopause symptoms. I was initially concerned about shipping this large jar. When it arrived, I must say, I have never seen better protective wrapping in my life (I could have dropped it from my roof with no damage!!). I highly recommend this product and this company.
