Processing to shipping time took about three days. Time in transit was good. Not sure how long it takes to see any improvement (taking for only two days now) so just can't verify how well product works. If it works I would rate a 5, if not then I would rate a 2. A 4 right now is just being optimistic.

I use Rehhmannia to help keep my autoimmune antibodies low. I have purchased other brands of this product and this particular brand is the easiest one for me to swallow. Most, have an awful taste. I have purchased this one before and will keep this brand as my "go to" product.

Disappointed that with an expensive product like this, they would send it in a plain manila envelope that arrived opened with a rubber band around it! Shame on you for not even investing in a bubble envelope to protect the item. I was fortunate that I received the item but very irresponsible if you ask me.

I wish it would't be this expensive.However, I like this product: it helps to resolve my thyroid problems and it's alcohol- Free.

I am giving this to my two small dogs that have heart trouble. It helps relieve water retention,so that they need less lasix,( which is hard on kidneys). They don't mind the taste, so it makes it much easier to give it to them. I feel much better giving them a product that will not negatively affect thier little systems.
