Just what I ordered, right on time.
I was having terrible leg cramps each dialysis session. Within two days of taking Quina ,30 drops with water x4 daily I've had 3 dialysis sessions with NO cramps. I will continue this solution as long as I need it. Will try reducing the drops slightly to save a little but now I am one happy old guy.

I've been controlling my genital herpes with prunella Vulgaris for the past six years and it's amazing how it works - I take it regularly (20 drops) every 3 hours, during the day! I was also very happy when I bought the big glass container (to avoid plastic) and it came all wrapped nicely in a very eco-friendly standards and plastic-free!
This was shipped quickly and arrived without incident. When appropriately used in conjunction with other religious items, this was less potent, although adequate for beginners. You can smell and taste the quality of this product. Used for pms and worked really well. Also used for muscle pain in my shoulders - worked well for that as well.
