When I ordered this tincture I thought it was papaver somniferum, a sleep aid. I now understand that California poppy is a different genus. The tincture seems ok, nothing dramatic, but I guess it helps one sleep if you take the 30 drps as the instructions recommend.

Hard to tell if it is actually working.

Haven't noticed any physical difference / improvements, and not just male issues, read recent Life Extension Mag. for more important factors to be considered. I've been looking for years for something that will eliminate leg cramps, which interrupt my sleep every single night. Drinking tonic water nightly helped a lot but didn't totally eliminate them.
