Quina is an evergreen tree with a straight and slender trunk covered with thick gray-brown bark. The height of such trees reaches 20 meters. The crown of the trees has an ovoid shape, very magnificent. The leaves are large, oval, simple in shape. The flowers are yellow, red or pink, not more than 1 cm. The inflorescence is a large panicle. The homeland of Cinchona officinalis is the mountainous parts of South America. Quina is full of amino acids, which help cleanse and detoxify the body, support strong muscles, and keep your immunity up.

Forsythia is a species of flowering plant native to Asia. The height of the plants is from 1 to 3 m, occasionally up to 6 m. The width of the bushes is up to 2 m. The bark is gray-brown, rough. The leaves are simple, occasionally complex, without stipules; oval, with notches. The flowers are bell-shaped, bright yellow. Pollination occurs with the help of insects. The fruit is a box with several winged seeds. Modern research shows that forsythia possess broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect and significant anti-inflammatory effect, which is good for immune support.

Cat's Claw is a large woody vine that sometimes reaches 100 feet height and is native to the Amazon rainforest and other places in South and Central America. Cat's Claw got its name from the curved, claw-like thorns that grow on its stem. The bark is fissured and ranges from a yellow to yellowish-green in color. The thorny spines are woody, paired and curved like a Cat's Claw. The root and bark of Cat's Claw are the parts people usually use. Cat’s Claw includes six types of alkaloids. Isopteridine alkaloid has powerful stimulating properties in immune system functioning. Other alkaloids demonstrate their ability to enhance phagocytosis (the property of white blood cells to destroy bacteria, toxins, viruses).

Pau d’Arco has a very rich chemical composition: vitamin C, beta-carotene, vitamins B1, B2, niacin, zinc, calcium, cobalt, chromium, phosphorus, magnesium, manganese, potassium, sodium, selenium, silicon, iron, anthrachion, proteins, fats, as well as plant fiber. Calcium and iron are necessary for the body functioning and brain work. Calcium protects the intestines, forms an insoluble complex of fatty acids, and thus stops the reproduction of free radicals. Lemongrass has such a powerful fibrous root system that the soil in which representatives of this genus grow is depleted very quickly. Shoots are cylindrical, jointed. Rigid Lemongrass leaves have a long, elongated shape. They are ribbed, alternate, painted in a pale green color. The plant has paniculate inflorescence, formed by spikelets. All varieties of this kind grow in bunches. According to some studies, lemongrass contains several antioxidants, which can help scavenge free radicals and boost the immune system.

Oregano is a perennial herb 30–90 cm high. The leaves are opposite, oblong-ovate, pointed to the apex, finely serrated or almost whole-edge, 2-4 cm long, dark green above, grayish green below. Inflorescences are in the form of a corymbose panicle. The flowers are small, numerous, 3-5 mm long, pinkish-purple. The fruit consists of four dark brown nuts, 0.5 mm long. Turmeric or Tumeric is a rhizomatous herbaceous perennial plant of the ginger family, Zingiberaceae. Turmeric is a perennial herbaceous plant that reaches up to 1 m (3 ft 3 in) tall. Highly branched, yellow to orange, cylindrical, aromatic rhizomes are found. Bupleurum is a plant found natively in East Asia. The Chinese name is Chai Hu. The plant grows to approximately 1 m in height and requires abundant sun to flourish. The leaves are long and sickle-shaped with parallel veining. Terminal clusters of small, yellow flowers appear in autumn. The long cone or column-shaped, single or branched root is 10 to 20 cm in length and 0.5 to 1.5 cm in diameter. It is light brown to brown, may be wrinkled, and is easily broken. Bupleurum helps to promote blood metabolites, antioxidant status, and immune system.

Echinacea is a perennial herbaceous plant up to 70-80 (100) cm heigh with sturdy, slightly branched stems. The lower leaves are rosette, broadly oval, large, on long petioles; the upper ones are lanceolate and sessile. Ray flowers are single-row, tubular, of red, crimson, purple color. Lomatium is a species of flowering plant in the carrot family known by the common name Fernleaf Biscuitroot. It is native to much of western North America, where it grows in varied habitat. Lomatium is a perennial herb reaching up to 1.4 meters tall, growing from a thick taproot. The leaves are mostly attached near the base of the plant, spreading with petioles up to 30 centimeters long and large blades divided into many small, narrow segments. The inflorescence is an umbel of many small yellow or reddish flowers, each cluster on a ray up to 10 centimeters long. It is considered antiviral, antibacterial, and antiseptic plant. It is also known for supporting the immune system and reducing inflammation.

Osha is an herbaceous plant reaching 0.75-2 m high. It has purple spots on the main stem. It is similar to members of the parsley family in appearance having parsley-like leaves and umbrellas of white flowers. The leaf base has a reddish tint that is unique. Roots are dark brown with a wrinkled outer skin. When the skin is removed, the internal root tissue is yellowish white. Osha root helps to promote healthy lungs and throat, stimulates the immune system, liquefies mucus and activates lung linings to loosen and expel mucus.
