Flax Seeds for Your Skin

If you want to make your skin more radiant and firm try this extremely easy and useful mask.

What you need:

  • 1 tbsp of flax seeds
  • 1/3 cup of water

Pour the boiling water over the flax seeds, stir the mixture, cover and leave it for 3-4 hours. Apply the paste on your face and neck (don’t forget to wash them before applying the mask). Wait until the layer is dry and apply the second layer. Repeat this process 4 times (you should have 4 layers all in all). Let the paste dry out all over. Then wash the mask off with water. Repeat this procedure once a week and you’ll notice incredible results!
