Doctors claim that 75-90% of diseases are associated with nervous overstrain. Depression, anger, and fear drain the body emotionally and physically. When a person is in a state of stress, then, first of all, it is necessary to remove aggressiveness and irritability, relieve intestinal spasms, and reduce the heart rate. Under constant stress, the body's restorative abilities are depleted. This is because in stress our body consumes an extra huge amount of vitamins, trace elements, and amino acids. To relieve stress, it is very important to replenishing their deficit. The cardiovascular system suffers from high levels of stress. In some people, with emotional overstrain, constant, chronic anxiety "keeps" high blood pressure.

Due to strong excitement, adrenaline is released into the blood, the heart begins to work faster, and the veins and blood vessels narrow. At the same time, the blood stagnates and the blood pressure rises significantly. As a result, a person gets a hypertensive crisis or heart attack.

Try some of the herbal recipes below:

Soothing tea: rose hips, hawthorn, hops, motherwort, valerian, willow-herb, calendula, and lemon balm.

Multivitamin tea: willow-tea, licorice, cinquefoil, currant, blueberry, whiteberry, strawberry, blackberry, hawthorn, mountain ash, dogrose, and celandine.

Take these teas warm 2-3 times a day.

To reduce the harmful effects of stress, it is also recommended to take therapeutic baths every other day for 10-15 minutes. Add a decoction of motherwort, peony, calendula, chamomile, valerian rhizomes to such baths.
